I had a decent stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and had a lovely view overlooking the pool and golf course, but the furniture was quite old and really needs some renovations. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. The hotel’s location was perfect, situated a few kilometers from the Great Pyramids with beautiful green gardens around. My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Selim at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my room upon check-in.
